    differences:Germany is a federal state with strict system and strict discipline.People have been used to it for hundreds of years.So Germans are cautious, disciplined and uninnovative.But the rigour and quality of its people have given Germany a place in Europe.The United States advocates freedom and democracy.Value your abilities, accomplishments, and contributions.It is highly democratic, innovative, religious and has its own unique code of conduct.

    Firstly,individualism. Both Americans and Germans emphasize the individualism. but Amercans value individuals more than Germans. 

    Secondly,High masculinity. Both them play greater importance on masculinity. but Germany's score is 6%higher than the America. 

    Thirdly,uncertainty avoidance index. Germans feel threatened by ambiguous situation and have? created institutions to avoid such risks. But Amercans are much more comfortable with risks associated with change.
