When people meeting their guests on social occasions, they are usually used to shaking hands. Passing things or food with your left hand is a great disrespect for people and even insulting people.

They think it's rude to greet each other's female relatives.

UAE is a non-drinking country, so people are not allowed to drink alcohol.

They are usually used to serving guests with coffee. It's polite for guests to drink three cups of coffee from the host. If they don't want to drink, shake the cup in their hands constantly, the host will understand you.

UAE people usually shake hands when they meet guests in social occasions. When they meet with their relatives and friends, they are also used to kissing (that is, kissing each other's cheeks, and each other should also return them with a gift to show mutual respect).

The vast majority of UAE people believe in Islam. The most taboo is to have people point their feet at them. It is unacceptable to think that the soles of feet are insulting to people. They are taboo to pass things or food on their left hand. Think of the left hand as dirty and mean. To pass something or food on with your left hand is to show great disrespect to people, even to insult people. They taboo greeting each other's family members, think it is not polite. Do not use wine or women's photos as gifts to each other. Think that these are two kinds of things that violate the rules and make people unacceptable.
