    Difference:German culture is rigorous and cautious. A little bit conventional, less innovative. The main content of American culture is to emphasize individual value, pursue democracy and freedom, advocate exploration and competition, and emphasize rationality and practicality. The core of American culture is individualism.

    1.Germans and Americans both find the noncomittal natural indirectness of British communication abhorrent. Americans and Germans prefer to speak their minds frankly.

    2.These tow countries respect their privacy and personal space.

    Differences:

    1. American culture enphasises individual initiative and personal achievement. But Germans jointly assume responsibulities and achive goals in groups.

    2. Germans scored 66% point on masculinity and 6% higher than the US.

    3.Avoid Index: Germany's avoidance index 41%higher than the USA where Americans are more comfortable with risk.

    4.German focus on deals, data and a moderately formal, reserved and schedule-based business style. This is unlike the USA, which is less formal and more expressive in its business style.

    5.German are always use last name, but Americans prefer use first name.

    Differences:The United States is a very free country. It doesn't need to mind too many rules and regulations. It only cares about the results. The atmosphere is also very active. Germany is serious and rigorous. Once determined, it will try its best to do a good job according to the rules.
