I always think I cannot catch the key ideas in the listening part,and I always cannot catch the pace of the speakers.In the meantime,I think there is no time for me to look through the questions and remenber the key information.So I will write down the key words in the questions in advanse,and read the questions before the listening.When I am listening,I will take some notes in order to help myself to concentrate on the listening.

In my point of view, the most important skill is writing down the key words when we listen to a long lecture. Because it is difficult for us to remember the whole content, so writing down the key words or phrases or sentences can help us better recall what we heard before answering the listening questions.

After studying courses, I find writing down the key words or phrases is one of the most useful skills. But the recording is so fast that I can only record the pronunciation of the words. As far as I'm concerned, the Speaking section in TOEFL test is more difficult than the oral test of CET band 6. When finishing the Speaking section in TOEFL test, we need to read and listen the materials with the same topic and speak about how the example supports or illustrates the term or concept. That is to say, we need think deeper. The Speaking section in TOEFL test tests not only our speaking ability, but also our listening and reading ability. The oral test of CET band 6 focus on the speaking part compared to TOEFL test.

From my point of view, the most effective way is focusing our attention in listening and don't be disturbed by other things. we shouldn't think other things during the listening. Don't think about what it had said and we should keep going and follow the recording. what's more,we should take some notes as possible.

From my perspective, a correct listening process is the key to get high score in listening part. In the begining of the whole process, we first listen the whole passage and answer the questions. Then we listen the whole passage sentence by sentence. When we finish listening the whole sentence, we pause and repeat it orally.
