Chinese cooking methods are what we called stewing, frying , steaming and boiling . But as for America , they always just use vegetables as salads or simply boil them in water.
I think Chinese cuisine is much more varied and diverse than American cuisine. Chinese have tea or fresh fruit as a desert ,but American food usually eat sweet dishes after dinner.
I think American food is not spicy and mostly fast food in huge pieces and be served with forks and knives.But Chinese food is healthier and be cooked in smaller pieces and we eat Chinese food with help of chopsticks.
In American food, meat and vegetables are cooked separately. Usually they would fried the meat and make a salad with vegetables. But in China, meat and vegetables are steamed, stewed or boiled together. In the process of eating, most Americans choose coffee or coke, but Chinese people usually drink tea or soup.
Chinese food is richer in spices than American food. China uses chopsticks, American knives and forks, Chinese food is basically fried and stewed, American food is roasted, and there are desserts after meals in America. However, China does not have a lot of seafood, but America basically does not.There are many salads in American food, and in China. Mainly eat cooked food

Chinese food have many style of cookin. We have vary kinds of delicious snacks. And American food only have few kinds of snacks I like. Our Chinese traditional food usually have complicate cooking methods,that need time to cook
In America people always eat foods that costs not so much time which means they eat something fast-cooked and not row enough. While in China we are accustomed to foods which cooked well.
