    The main content of culture is to emphasize personal value, pursue democracy and freedom, advocate development and competition, and stress rationality and practicality. The core of culture is to pursue the ultimate realization of personal value by individualism. This kind of individualism, which deliberately shapes self and pursues individuality, has both positive and negative aspects. German culture is strict and cautious. It's a little conformist and less innovative.
