From the perspective of intercultural appropriation(跨文化借用), in your opinion, which part or parts of Japanese culture absorbed some elements from Chinese culture?
I think Japan's references from Chinese culture include clothing, etiquette, traditional festivals, writing, and tea ceremony, which all come from Chinese Tang culture.
I think Japanese culture has the shadow of Chinese culture in many aspects. For example, the tea culture, the clothing culture, the weipi culture, the characters and the calligraphy.
From my perspective, there are many things that Japanese culture absorbed from Chinese culture, such as tea culture, literature, weiqi culture, drawing, food like sushi and the clothing culture in Tang Dynasty and so on.
In my opinion, first is the Tea culture. Second is Japanes clothing culture is similar elements with our Tang dynasty. and then is food and use chopsticks.
There are many similarities between Chinese culture and Japanese culture because it's universally acknowledged that ancient Japan used to attach great significance to learning from China especially in the tang dynasty.Such as tea culture, the Confucianism,Chinese characters, food and some of the core values.
In my opinion, there are many parts of Janpanese culture absorbed from Chinese culture. First of all is characters, and also tea culture, some kind of clouthing and some etiquettes.
Japanese writing came into being after Chinese characters were introduced into Japan. From the initial lack of characters to the creation of its own unique kana characters and "mixed with Chinese" writing system, this process is the comprehensive learning and introduction of Chinese characters, and according to the original language of Japan to it dripping and re-creation process.
