How to deal with stress in life?

   Stress is one of the common emotions we have in daily life,everyoneof us can be stressed because of some little things.Why do us feel stressed by it?One reason is that everyone has different character,some people are very sensitive in life.Another are some life experiences that have affected us  before.In order to deal with stress in life,we can do these:Firstly,being confident is necessary,the one who is confident alwayshas less stress in life;Secondly,we can cultivate a hobby in life,the stress can be relieved when we do it;Last but not last ,learn to turn to others,we always became more stress when we faced it alone.It is that if we learn how to deal with stress,we will become more relax in life.
