How to deal with stress in life?

   As is known to all,every coin has two sides,it does the same to stress which both has advantages and disadvantages to us.

   For most of people,they often feel overwhelmed by stress after their whole day working and when coming home they feel frustrated and exhausted,only want to do nothing but have a rest,at that time,they would come to feel full of stress,under this circumstance,stress does take a toll on them physically and mentally,now they just need to change this pressure to motivation to help them get energy.Change stress to power:do some exercise or have a tasty meal,to relax ourselves and gain smooth mood,so that we can face tomorrow with a new look.For another,we could also have a talk with our friends,families to release stress.It's a great way to deal with stress as well.
