how to deal with stress in life

As evey one knows, stress in daily life could make people anxious. It concludes work pressure,study pressure and so on. But what can we do to deal with it?

First and foremost,we should get enough sleep to maintain our health. Additionally, we can do some leisure acitivities, such as doing sports, listening to music and so on.On the one hand, it could enrich our life, on the other hand, it can also relax ourselves.Last but not the least, we should have a positive attitude towards life to reduce the pressure in our life.
