How to deal with stress in life?

        Stress is very common in our daily life.Everyone has pressure,big or small.As a college student,our stress mainly comes from the studies,interpersonal communication and balancing the conflict between freedom and self-discipline.

        We are expected to deal with stress reasonably,otherwise,it may bring us serious harm.Research shows that excessive or long-term stress may do harm to our body,such as anxiety,low spirits,sleep quality decline,etc.

        Here are a number of ways to solve stress.First of all, face up to the stress you are facing,don't try to avoid it.When you really think the solutions,you will find that the problem splits off as it meets the edge of knife without effort.What's more,it is important for us to stick to moderate exercise.Exercise can not only relieve pain, but also improve mood and make people feel relaxed and happy.Last but ont least,keep smile in daily life will decline our stress.
