How to deal with stress in life

    First of all,it is no doubt that we need ragular schedule and enough exercise.In just having meals on time and running in the park,which could completly change us mentally and physically.Don't forget to design your healthy diet in order to build your body up,so that you can face any stress with full energy.

     Next,why not try to meditate every day?Closing your eyes and sit down,pay attention to the flow and up of your breath,your body will be relex over time.Being finished meditating,you could actually feel there is nothing stress could defeat you.
