How to deal with your stress in life

        Nowadays,We will meet different things that can make you unsatisfactory and  that those things are the sources of your stress in life.So how to deal with your stress in life?

        Firstly,the best way is to exercise.For example running,swimming,playing basketball and so on.When you have some stresses,to do more exercise can prompt you to sweat.Not only can sweatiness relax your body and mind,but also invigorate health effectively.Besides,you can communicate with friends or parents.They may could not help you solve it but they will become good listeners and share responsibility for stress together with you.

        The ways to deal with stress are abundant.So don't worry! You need just to find the solution you are fit for.
