  With the ages increasing .in the life hasa lot of pressure .

       Stress can come at us from every direction .as a studen ,my pressure comes mainly from daily life and study ,in fact everyone in a period of time will confront some kind of pressure feel puzzled and not sure about their future and even wanan ascope from the pressure and responsibility .I know the is not a very smart way .

          In reality .howere stress is not the bad thing unless it gets out of control .a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motiwation and challenge and to give purpose and significance .

         As far as I am concerned .there are seveal ways to alleviate the pressure .First all of listen to some light music .Secondly ,make a time schdule for your study .this helps to reduce your stresses Finally go and gets date once you are in love with something you will find that you are in a good mood every day.
