How to deal with stress in life

  There's a lot of stress in life.And stress is like a double-edged sword. If you take care of it,it would become your path to success,or you would be worried and uncomfortable.Here are some ways to deal with stress.

  First of all,deep breathing can calm you down.After that,you'd think it was nothing more than that.Second,running is a good way to release pressure.Your mind will be clear when you are exhausted.Last but not least, you should face to the stress.After that,you will not think it is terrible.

  All in all,without stress,we couldn't grow up really.
