How to deal with stress in life

    Stress in life is the source of motivation or the root of illness,all depending on how to deal with it.I think we can start from the following aspects.

     On the one hand,we need to drive our life forward. We should establish a good attitude towards various pressure,especially the academic pressure as students.On the other hand,when you are overwhelmed by stress and anguish, It's a useful idea to fully confide your feelings to your relatives or friends.Besides,make sure to set aside some time every day for physical and mental relaxation,including a brief jog or going shopping for something you love.What can't be overlooked either is that we should maintain a balanced diet and ensure adequate sleep hours, which are quite essential for one's  well-being.

    Appreciate measures taken,I am positive that everyone can deal with all kinds of pressure in life.
