         How to deal with stress in life

  as far as I'm concerned ,the disadvantage of stress more than the benefit of stress in life . Consequently,we should attempt to solve stress in life to prevent the harm of stress .So how to do ?These are my suggestions.

  Firstly you can reap benefits from communicating with persons who can comprehend you and you can trust .You can talk them  about your stress .Expressing strongly ,eventually the emotion of stress will reduce.

  Secondly deal with stress not only need to strong express but also require to clamly thinking,you should open the door to find the cause of stress . Thinking  calmly you will find the stress in life is not as much as you think.

   Finally do some things that you take pleasure in doing such as dance ,sing songs .keeping comfortable ,find some days to play . Than you will find the stress in life will be decrease.

   If you do these things ,perhaps you can deal with stress in life .Stand a chance of dealing with stress in life . Believe everything will better
