How to deal with stress in life

  As is known to all,stress is a problem existing widely in our life.It could be the source of motivation while we can deal with it well,or it could be the root of illness while we are dominated by stress.Today i have some ideas about how to deal with it,details are as follows.

  In the first place,keeping health is one of the most significant things about reliefing stress.Health exerts a great influence on one's emotion,and definitely determines if a person could bear stress.In addition to that, it is useful for you to build confidence to beat stress.Last but not least,if i could give you only one piece of advice,it would be:Please don't forget to ask others for help!I think accompany and talk are the most effective medicine to stress.
