How to deal with stress in life

In today's rapid development of science and technology environment,the word pressure is ofen accompanied by people.
Stress is like a double-edged sword, when it is too big, it can affect our lives and even harm our health, and when it is too small it will make us lose motivation.So, how to deal with stress is a very important question.Here are some tips that I hope can be useful.
First of all,keep good health.A healthy body is the premise to face presure.
Second,to accept the presure.The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it.In fact, there are always too many setbacks and troubles on this road of life, but what is worth doing is never easy, so we need to face it and accept it.
Last and foremost,solve the problem,rather than complain about it.People always like to complain about the current predicament, even though they know that complaining has no effect at all.
A good control of stress not only keeps it as a pushing force behind our life,but also keeps us far away from illness.
So learning how to deal with stress is essential to us.
