How to deal stress in life

Stress is everywhere in our routin life,and it is the source of motivation or the root of illness,alldepending  on how to deal with it.

On the one hand,we need proper stress to drive our life forward.Apporpriat stress is like an available goal which can touched by hands.It makes us energetic to go ahead.On the other hand,we have every reason to keep stress from spinning out of control.When we try our best to achieve our targets but we can not get them in a lonng time,our  confidence will be destroyed little by little.So we can deal with them by talking with others to ask for some advice.Besides,to learn how to deal stress by ourselves,such as listinning music ,doing sports and so on.

Not only refuse to let it rot,but also get away from suffocating stress.
