How to deal with stress

It's normal to feel stress in our life.Such as our feelings and our bodies get upset. But if we have too much stress for too long,we may get emotionally and our body may be hurt.So what can we do to deal with it?

There are some ways to deal with it.Firstly,we should keep a positive attitude,it is important to let us have enough strength to overcome the negative impact of the stress.Secondly,we should reduce too much competitiveness to prevent too much pressure.Last but not least,we can share the causes of life stress with our friends to think about solutions.

These are my ways to deal with stress.What about you?

    注意语言点问题:  应为feel stressful

    Try to use more phrases and sentence patterns learned in class.
