How To Deal with Stress

The reasons causing stress are variable.But maybe you never know that looking through your friend circule can also cause you stress-out. Accroding to a survey carried in 2019,almost 98% friend circule shows the glamous and seldom present their sorrows .Which make you feel they're living a better lives than you.In fact , most people tend to hide their pains when facing difficulty. So is to say,what you've seen isn't your friends true lives.On the one hand, we pay much attention on others lives and seldom take us into consideration. We suppose to set some time for us and find something we interested in to hold on.On the other hand , it's our pride annoying us.We have to admit that this is humans nature and find proper ways to deal with it. For example, reading. When you abandon yourself in reading, you'll gain peace in your heart and feel less stressed.

    Relax oneself.

    It semms to me that the best way to relax is to curl up in the sofa with a cup of tea,and watch TV.

     With the development of the whole society and the increasing number of the people in school, students now are facing heavier pressure than ever before. So, it's a great problem that how to handle the stress reasonably and efficiently. "If the pressure is seen in other perspective, "said the psychologist,"it would be turned into the motivation." Hence, the stress ,which has an effect on our daily life, should be dealt well. Here are the suggestions.

    It's a common problem that many people want to work out.But it's sure that every one has stess and we let it fade away.What we can do is to reduce it.
    First,we can work out the problem behind the stress.It's easy to have in mind ,but we should withstand pressure.
    So,why not try other ways.Second,if you are a shy person,you can distract from the problem temporarily to relax your  brain.May you can deal with stress perfect then.Such as do some sports,play the instruments or very thing you like.Third,if you are a bright person,why not pour out your circumstances to the people you trust.Ok,methods behind the first are escaping the stress temporarily,we have to face stress with a clear head.
    Hopen we can reduce stress successfully.
