How to deal with stress in life

  Today's social stress is gradually increasing.  We will have a lot of stress.  When we have a lot of stress, how to deal with stress? 
  I will share with you some ways, how to work out stress.  Firstly,you need a strong heart to face difficult stress. Stress has a great effect on us.Secondly, learn to accept yourself,do not compare yourself to others.  When you can compare someone, you will be proud. When you cannot compare yourself with anyone, you will be dispirited.  Thirdly, when you have a lot of stress but you can not solve this stress, you can play the piano. piano can be sad and can be happy. It makes you very happy.
  All in all, stress in life is not avoided, we should overcome difficulties.
