How to deal with stress in life

     Nowadays, Our community is in the midest of a great change, consequently, the living standard of us will be improved. But there is also a dark side:The stress.

   We are supposed to treat the stress in a right way. The stress is come from our daily life,which will make us sorrow or upset. But don't worry,there are some suggestions to deal with stress. First and foremost, in my opinion, the best way to treat the stress is go out and exercise.Aerobic exercise is a good way to do it,such as playing basketball,swimming,playing golf and so on. What's more, Listening to music is also a good way. You are able to listen some smooth music,relaxing yourself without thinking too much.Finally, We ought to  face the stress instead of escaping.Just remember:  Take a deep breath,everything will be okay in the end.If it's not okay, it's not the end yet.
