How to deal with stress in life

Stress in life is everywhere,so what should we do with it?I hope the following suggestions will be usefull to you.First,keep healthy.A healthy body is the basis for dealing with stress.Secondly,looking for sources of stress .Tofigure out the source of stress is too better to solve it.Finally,solve the problem,not complain it,on the one hand complain isn't solve the problem,on the other hand it will onlu displaint you,go find friends,tell them about your stress and ask for help.Of course,there also are some other ways to deal with stress,such as playing games to relax,exercise to relax, exercise to release.But no matter how,solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.
