How to deal with stress in life

  As we all known ,stress is around us all the time,but if you know stress in llife is the source of motivation or the root of illness,all depending on how to deal with it.

On the one hand ,we need proper stress to drive our life forward.you chould try to make a specific list about you goal,it can give you some sense of urgency.On the other hand ,we have every reason to keep stress from spinning out of control.So when you feel tried you should relax yourself,such as read a novel ,have a film ,fly kites or any other things which can make you relaxed.

  We should not only make progress in the oressure,but also pay attention to relax.
