As we all know, stress is a part of our life . The stress is everywhere, we can not get rid of it, But sometime, we can deal with it in our own ways.

threre are many ways that can help us solve this problem.Firstly,we should make a reasonable target. There are many things we can ont contral,so we need cash the present,and make it better. Secondly, Do ont care too much about material things,we just need to do ourselves better and better.Thirdly,try to satisfy yourself and learn to accept new things,everytime keep a sunny heart. Finally,oummunicate with more friends, It is also help you to make you feel better.

In a ward, hope that everyone can reduce stress in life and get a relax life.
