How to deal with stress in life?

Stress comes from our daily life and here are some suggestions  that can help you to deal with stress. The first and most important rule is to change your subjective thoughts about stress. Facing it with a positive attitude can make it  be far more controllable than dealing with stress negatively. Then, try to think about  the root of the burden and make a useful plan to deal with it efficiently.The final piece of advice is to find motivation from stress. It's true that too much stress can overwhelm a person on both spirit and body but appropriate stress can have an incredible effect on getting people up. If you learn to deal with stress correctly, you're on your way to success.
