How to deal with stress in life

     Undoubtedly, stress in life is abundant .In the same way,the approaches of releasing pressure are various. Recently ,the pleasure of young generation mostly comes from parents .Why not having a heart -to -heart talk with your parents ?That can lead you to have a more understanding to each other. Of cause ,self -venting of stress is also an essential method .When you are overwhelmed with stress ,you can listen to music, go for a walk and talk to a friend. Then you will find that all problems are not so bad, the stress is not like a roadblock as before and everything will go better. There is no dying that stress also has a positive effect. Just face it, make good use of it and let it be your help on the road to success. And finally, When you gain what you want ,a paper diploma, words of approval or a dreaming position ,a sense of thankful to stress may rose from the bottom of your heart .With the sunshine surrounded, a fresh start is rushing to us.
