How to deal with stress in life?

Stress,a state that almost everyone has experienced,often from the challenges which is brought by life or academics.It can be big or large.

In my view,stress also has a positive side,It likes a coin has two sides.On the one hand,stress can lead to negitive emotions and make people annoyed.On the other hand,appropriate stress can motivate people to reach their goals,like fountain needs pressure to touch the sky.We shouldn't ignore it.

So,how we can deal with stress?First,change the attitude.Change the mind that stress is always bad,then we can accept it.Second,calm down.Stress can influence the thinking process,making things worse.At that time,keeping mind cold will have a great effect.Third,tell others your stress.There are many stresses that cannot be solved by themselves and the best way is talking to someone you trust to get help from them.

Of course,there many other ways to cope with stress,such as meditation.All in all,having a good meatal health is the most important thing.
