How to deal with stress in life

Stress in life is the source of motivation or the root of illness,all depending on how to deal with it.On the one hand,we need proper stress to drive our life forward positive and upward direction.Accept the pressure bravely.You should bear stress whether it life or work and study.On the other hand ,we have every reason to keep stress from spinning out of control .A wonderful example of is break ing down tasks.In facing troubles,people maybe feel so nervous that mess things up.Taking apart is a good method.A good control of stress not only keeps it as a pushing force behind our life,but also keep us far away from illness.
