How to deal with stress in life

As is known to all,the stress in life has a great influence on our mood.The stress makes us to become uncomfortable with life.

Consequently,I want to share my ways of coping with the stress in life.On the one hand ,we can do what we like.For example, watching the scenery, playing sports outside and eating delicious food.On the other hand, we make the must of stress in life as the source of motivation.

Stress in life should gain increasing emphasis because The stress in life is not only stress but also motivation.
