How to deal with stress in life

Stress could be either great help or awful existence in life, your way handling it matters.
One of the greatest things about releasing stress is sport since we already mainly have got stress from studying
It's universally acknowledged that sports improve both mind function and health condition.
If you can't do sports under any of the bad circumstances,I'd suggest you to find someone and talk this out.
Turning the stress into the mitivation of studying might be a terrible idea because you might relieve less pressure than your study brings.
All in all,it is wise to feel stress on account of the competitive society we live in. Your active reaction towards stress will be surely rewarding

    Very good, your para. is clearly structured. It will be better, if you use more phrases and sentence patterns learned in class.
