 to reduce stress You can talk to your good friends

 about the unpleasant things in your life to release

 the pressure. You can ask teachers or parents for

 advice on the pressure caused by learning. If there

 is any social pressure, you can read relevant books

 to improve your social skills and so on. In short

 those who can't defeat you will become your

 motivation.

    Everything have two saids, so does stress. So if we take a correct act to it, the stress in life will be the source of motivation. Not all stress is bad for our health, suitable stress will make us more breave and active. But if you take the wrong approach to responding to it you will found it is difficult to have a relaxing life. 

    So stress in our life can be the source of motivation or the root of illness all depending on how to deal with it
