During my internship at UNDP Regional Service Centre for Africa, I supported project implementation in a climate adaptation initiative by conducting field data collection, monitoring quarterly progress, and drafting reports for three pilot communities while coordinating stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery per work plans.
I actively participated in teamwork by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of international and local experts in weekly meetings, sharing data responsibly, respecting diverse perspectives on resource allocation, and contributing inputs to a joint risk assessment report delivered ahead of schedule.
