What roles can a teacher perform in his/her class?

    The first is orientation. It refers to the behavior that teachers provide goals for specific tasks or a series of courses. The second is structured, which emphasizes the teacher's explanation of the series of activities in class, and arranges these activities from easy to difficult. The third is questioning. Effective teachers ask simple and difficult questions accordingly. Fourth, teaching modeling which refers to the direction in which students should learn through specific teaching procedures and structures (Arends, 2007). Fifth, the role of teachers in classroom teaching. The effective way for teachers to manage the classroom is to let different student groups participate in the classroom interaction. 

    The sixth is time management, which is one of the most important indicators for teachers to effectively manage the classroom. Efficient teacher organization and management of classroom environment as an efficient learning environment, so as to maximize the participation rate.

    The last one is classroom evaluation, which is regarded as an integral part of teaching. In particular, formative assessment is one of the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of all levels, especially the classroom level.
