How would you persuade your parents that some news is fake?

By 苏晓俐 老师 2020-03-30 770次浏览

What strikes us as interesting and puzzled is a seemingly true phenomenon: our parents seem to share more fake news. Sometimes we were told by our parents that a certain vegetable is poisonous or the microwave is harmful and can even cause cancer!

Do you have the same experience? How did/would you persuade your parents that the news is fake? How can we improve our ability to identify the fake news?

You can also read this short article about a study that proves that American older people share more fake news articles than younger people do.
