Yes,I have just watched two movies in bilibili this winter vacation. They are The Wolf of Wall Street,The Great Gatsby.
yes, i have seen sour code, which is a science fiction film
GREENBOOK I appreciate it because it expands my perception of the world, especially the notion of racism between white and black.
LALALAND Here's to the ones who dream. Here's to the hearts that arch. Here's to the mess we make.
Breakfast of TIFFANY Holly and Paul actually represent the desires and dreams of a large number of little people, and these people have always existed. I think this is the reason why the film can be called a classic. We will all be confused by money, beauty, power and fame, but no matter what, we will be happy if we are contented. I think this is the real meaning of life. Like the ending, bravely face your own love, bravely face the real and simple happiness.
TRIANGLE thrilling and burning brain
Yep. Like Interstellar, Green Book, The Wandering Earth II, most of which are scientific movies.
Definitely, how can we not watch movies during the winter vacation? In fact, I have seen many different kinds of films. Here are some of my favorite. They are Kikujiro no natsu, Titanic, The Dead End, Cock And Bull, the SAW series and Violet Evergarden. They touched me deeply. And I`d like to introduce them to you!
My fair lady tells the story of a flower girl in a slum who makes her way through life with the help of a linguist. It impressed me both cognitively and intellectually. In the movie, English pronunciation determines one's class status and even one's life direction. This cognition is one-sided and extreme. People should pay attention to both external material and internal spirit. As Kong Yiji, a character described by Lu Xun, was discussed on the Internet recently, Eliza Doolittle did not know where to go after she mastered the words and deeds of the upper class, because she had lost touch with the life of the lower class and could not really integrate into the upper class society. She was no longer willing to be a flower girl who did not conform to her image. The Pygmalion effect, which plays an important role in education in the movie, confirms the infinite benign possibility of encouraging teaching. Never forget, there will be echoes.
I watched the Before Sunrise,Before Sunset, and Before Midnight, which impressed me most.It is like human emotional states that change over time. "Before Sunrise" is desperate love, "Before Sunset" is mature love, and "Before Night" is rational and realistic love.
Yes, I watched quite a few amazing movies. My favorite ones are Witness for the Prosecution, the Great Gatsby, Three Billboard Outside and Sing Street.
i've watched The Wandering EarthⅡ, YIYI, Snatch, Avatar:The Way of Water, Puss in Boots:The Last Wish. All the movies above can be called masterpieces and personally I'm willing go over them again, especialy YIYI. Directed by Edward Yang, YIYI has a very unqiue style which makes it stand out from other feature films. YIYI actually tells a story about three generations and spread idea to the whole society. To some extent, it's all about life itself and that's why i love it so much.
The followings are some recommendable movies I watched during this winter vacation. They are Jane Eyre which describes the image of an intellectual woman who pursues freedom and equality, Harry Potter that discribe some incredible and magical story, Venom Ⅲ describe an astonishing advanture.
I watched Prosecution Witness and I think it is my favorite suspense movie.By the way, I have recommend it to many friends. It is so wonderful that I watched it again last week. Even if it is a black-white movie, its charm lasts forever.
Yes! I’ve appreciated some brilliant movies like Roman Holiday, starred by Audrey Hepburn, and Detachment, Love letter, and The Legend of 1900, which i love most! These movies are all old but famous ones that i can go over them a million times. In my opinion, a movie that resonates with people's souls is a worth-watching movie .
Yes, they are Harry Potter,Emma andThe Painted Veil.
Yes.I have watched several recommendable movies, such as Pride and Prejudice,The Legend of 1900 and The Shawshank Redemption.
I have just watched The Truman Show.
I recommend Big Fish.
I saw the movie again during the winter vacation. This is a movie with strong fantasy elements. Big Fish isn't for everyone. It's for those who are trying to understand their father. Big Fish is the story of a father's life, full of magic, metaphor and fantasy. We have to find out for ourselves who the father really was, what he had done, who he had loved. The film traces the origins of kinship.
I've seen it many times, and tears come to my eyes every time.
Of course, I watched The Wandering Earth adapted from the novel of the same name and Full River Red whose English title is a little bit strange. Both of them are worth watching.
Well, I always love enjoying films during my relaxing vacation. First, the most recommendable, from my point view, is Generation War, which tells the fate of five young Germans. The World War Ⅱ changed their life and their primitive values began collapsing with the process of cruel war. It reflects the German's thoughts of wars and show human's nature during the wars." The war will bring the worst of us." All we can do is to cherish the peace and hope the war may never happen again. And there is also a film which I want to recommend to you all, ATONEMENT, from which we can also glimpse that the uninterrupted pain the war bringing to us.Besides, the heroine in this film,Keira Knightley,is really beautiful. It is a marvelous film to behold.
Yes,I have watched some recommendable movies. They are:
1.A Bouquet of Love In this film,"Love begins with the same warmth and dies in daliy necessities"is interpreted incisively and vividly.Although it just looks like a pure and peaceful love story,it actually reveals the joy and sadness of love to everyone who watches it.
2. Father Trapped in Time The film reproduces the story of the patient with Alzheimer ' s disease by using the sensory narrative techniques of repetition and fragmentation , which brings a real sense of sadness and powerlessness to people.
3.Dune This film, adapted from the original science fiction, considers humanity, nature and purpose on the scale of the universe, and the effect is very shocking.
I watched Forrest Gump.very interesting and impressive
I didn't actually watch any English movie during the winter vacation, but I watched a very nice US TV series--Stranger things. And if it could be Chinese movie,I watched Deep Sea.In my point of view,It's a wonderful Chinese cartoon with vivid colour and a agreat polt reversal at the end, although there are some different comments on this movie.

I watched a lot of movies in the winter vacation, such as "The Red River", "The Wandering Earth 2", "unknown" and so on. I think the most recommended is The Red River. It takes a specific historical event as the background, to depicts the vivid image of Qin Hui. I think this is a good media way to introduce historical events to the public.
Yes,I've watched many meanigful movies during the vacation, such as The Red River,My Fair Lady ,The king's speech and Pride and Prejudice. And the one I like best is The King's Speech, the story takes place in the second World War . The incoming King George VI lives in the shadow of his domineering father and naughty brother, so his wife finds a famous therapist to heal him and finally overcome stuttering and finally he become the support of the people. It's a story about love and growth.
I watched many great movies and I would like to share with you three of them.
1.Eat Pray Love, which depicts the round-the-world journey of a brave woman. Liz, the heroine, gives up her successful career and enviable husband to find true self by travelling around the world, interacting with all kinds of people and tasting local food. At the end of the movie, she finds her inner peace and this procedure gives me a lot of inspiration to heal myself amidst repeated life.
2.Pride and Prejudice, an adaptation of the famous novel of the same name. What touches me most is Mr. Darcy's careful and restrained love for Elizabeth, which is hidden inside his emotional eyes and not directly revealed by his behaviors. It's a story of two independent souls nearing each other and mingling into one. The movie deepens my comprehension of true love.
3.A Beautiful Mind, which describes part of John Nash's life. John is a mathematical genius who made astonishing discovery at a very young age, but he was asocial and somehow afflicted with severe psychological disease. It is his wife Alicia that keeps him company and saves him. True love is powerful.
Great movies are like great books which can echo with our inner voices and arouse profound thoughts. Anyway, I deem that these aforementioned movies are worth watching.
Of course. Some like the Wandering Earth II and Avatar:The Way of Water. They are all science fiction movies, which impressed me with their fascinating imagination and magnificant world of the future.
I also watched an interesting animation film called Revolting Rhymes . It tells some already familiar fairy tales like the little red redding hood in a rather new and ironic way. Like the the little girl killed the wolf and become a hunter and finally forgiven by the wolf's relative. The prince Cinderella met is nothing but a snob and she married with Jack, who planted the magic bean. This movie retells this stories in a way that is more closed to the reality . It is ironic and humourous but still have a happy eading. It wants to tell us that the reality is not as sweet as those fairy tales but we still need to keep our love for life at the same time.
I have watched The Shawshank Redemption and Green book.
The Shawshank Redemption is a classic movie adapted by the novel of the same name. Its theme is hope and redemption. This movie is heavy and serious but stimulate people to think deeply about the social problem.
I was attracted by the classic film clip. Then I watched the whole movie. It is about anti-racial discrimination. It reflects the cruelty of American society.
Yes, of course. Just like The Truman Show, Gone with the Wind and Miraclein Cell No.7. They are all meaningful, thought-provoking and melting.
Yes.I've watched the movie La La Land during the winter vacation. The music and dancing in this movie are really great and moving.
